What to Expect
Each class begins with a few minutes of relaxation. You will then be guided through various asanas, including standing poses, sitting poses, back bends and recuperative poses. You will be shown how to use props (e.g. blocks and belts) to help you achieve the poses to the best of your ability. The class ends with relaxation and pranayama (breathing) techniques.
